SiMa.ai has closed an oversubscribed $150 million Series C round at a $1.45 billion post-money valuation, bringing total capital raised to $500 million and revising earlier descriptions of the total as more than $500 million. Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify Partners co-led the financing, which included AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital, J.P. Morgan and the State of Michigan, alongside existing investors Alter Venture Partners and Dell Technologies Capital. Other investors previously identified in connection with the financing include StepStone Group, Maverick Capital and Point72. Founded in 2018 by Krishna Rangasayee, previously COO of Groq, SiMa.ai develops Machine Learning System-on-Chip platforms and software that run AI workloads directly on devices such as robots, autonomous vehicles and industrial drones. Revenue quadrupled from 2024 to 2025, and the company expects growth momentum to continue in 2026 as it expands globally and deepens commercial relationships. The new funding will support Palette Neat, its agentic software environment for edge-AI development, and next-generation hardware targeting 1,000 dense TOPS for a launch in the first half of 2028. Leadership has identified a $50 trillion opportunity across humanoids, automotive and drone applications.
