Voltalia reported 131,318,716 shares in its share capital as of Aug. 31, 2026, with 223,702,065 theoretical voting rights and 223,358,589 exercisable voting rights. The disclosure was made under Article L. 233-8 (II) of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority. Voltalia produces and sells electricity from wind, solar, hydro, biomass and storage facilities, with 3.6 gigawatts of capacity in operation and under construction and a 12-gigawatt project-development portfolio. The company said third-quarter 2026 turnover is scheduled for Oct. 22, 2026, after market open.
