Fusemachines shares rose 17.59% to $0.58 on Monday after the company said modulAIre, an IBM Platinum Business Partner, provided access to IBM Fusion infrastructure at nominal cost to support development of its AI Twin technology. The stock outperformed a weaker market, with the Nasdaq down 0.86% and the S&P 500 down 0.54%. The added computing capacity is intended to help Fusemachines test AI models, evaluate architectures and accelerate development. Fusemachines unveiled AI Twin on Sept. 17 as a digital counterpart designed to understand an employee’s knowledge, responsibilities and organizational context, combining large language models, agentic reasoning, conversational AI, memory and enterprise knowledge retrieval. The arrangement expands a strategic partnership that began in February, and Fusemachines plans to explore applying technology developed through the program to its broader enterprise AI and agentic AI offerings. Trading volume reached 50.40 million shares, compared with a 100-day average of 1.40 million. The company also closed an investment of up to $10.66 million from existing investor Meteora Capital on Aug. 4 at $4.20 per share, comprising a convertible note and cash-exercise warrants, with proceeds supporting its Agentic AI platform, enterprise deployments, product innovation and long-term growth strategy.
