Strategy bought 1,665 BTC for approximately $142.7 million between September 21 and September 27, bringing its total holdings to 847,666 BTC acquired for about $63.95 billion. The latest purchase had an average price of $85,681 per Bitcoin, while the company’s aggregate average acquisition price stood at $75,437 per BTC, including fees and expenses. Strategy also repurchased approximately 1.53 million STRC preferred shares for about $151.7 million. It financed the activity partly by selling roughly 1.47 million MSTR common shares through its at-the-market program for approximately $246.2 million in net proceeds, allocating about $142.7 million to Bitcoin and $103.5 million to STRC, with roughly $48.1 million of existing cash covering the remaining repurchase cost. STRC has risen above $99.4 and remains 60 cents below its $100 par value.
