G6 Hospitality, parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6, announced continued expansion of Studio 6 Plus with a new-construction extended-stay hotel planned for Horn Lake, Mississippi, a suburb of Memphis, in partnership with Creative Constructions LLC. Studio 6 Plus, introduced in April 2026, combines full-kitchen guestrooms, storage and living areas with technology-enabled operations, including digital check-in. The development follows agreements covering 18 properties with Natson Hotel Group and five hotels with Kautilya Group, including the brand’s entry into the Northeast.
