Rosen Law Firm said investors who purchased Fluence Energy, Inc. securities between Nov. 24, 2025, and Sept. 16, 2026, may seek to serve as lead plaintiff in a filed securities class action by Nov. 30, 2026. The lawsuit alleges that Fluence Energy's ability to fulfill backlog and recognize revenue supporting its fiscal 2026 guidance depended on new contract manufacturing facilities that were unfinished, not operational or unable to produce at assumed volumes. It also alleges that measures intended to resolve contract-manufacturing production problems had not corrected them and that the problems extended to new facilities. The company and other defendants allegedly made materially misleading statements or omissions about the business, operations and prospects, causing investor losses when the alleged facts became public.
