Nvidia has signed memorandums of understanding with Apollo Global Management, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield Asset Management, Goldman Sachs and KKR to develop independent compute-financing platforms aimed at mobilizing more than $500 billion of third-party capital for AI infrastructure. The structures would finance data centers and chip factories, with capacity leased to AI labs, enterprises and cloud providers. Nvidia is not committing cash or debt funding, but could provide optional residual-value support of up to 25% on selected projects to strengthen lender confidence in hardware collateral. No capital had been raised and final agreements had not been signed as of late September 2026. The effort extends Nvidia's broader push to make GPU infrastructure financeable for companies beyond the largest technology groups, including earlier discussions with insurers on loan-risk protection for neocloud operators.
