Binance will launch spot trading for bStocks linked to Adobe, Forward Industries, Hewlett Packard, PDD Holdings, SharonAI, Wendy's and Zoom at 12:00 UTC on Sept. 30, 2026, while adding the seven tokens as eligible collateral across Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin and Portfolio Margin Pro. The corresponding bStocks pairs will be available for margin trading, but borrowing is not currently supported. Access is limited to VIP3 and higher users in permitted jurisdictions. Spot algorithmic trading bots will be available at launch and rebalancing bots within 24 hours; Binance Convert will offer zero-fee conversions against BTC, USDT and other supported tokens during the first hour, and the listed USDT pairs will have zero maker fees through 23:59 UTC on Oct. 31. Withdrawals will open at 13:00 UTC on Sept. 30. Binance said bStocks are certificates representing financial instruments rather than shares in the underlying companies, are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the ADGM on a secondary-market basis, and are unavailable to U.S. persons.
