Bybit announced the successful completion of a SOC 2 Type II audit independently conducted by Deloitte, marking an assurance milestone for its security and risk-management capabilities. The assessment examined whether controls supporting the company’s security objectives operated effectively throughout the review period. SOC 2 Type II, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is an internationally recognized framework for evaluating security and operational safeguards. Bybit said the report strengthens transparency for users, institutional clients and partners while supporting its compliance commitments. The report complements Bybit’s existing ISO/IEC 27001 certification and PCI DSS compliance validation. The company said it will maintain these standards and use insights from independent assessments to improve security as its services and customers’ needs evolve.
