Ondo Perps CEO David Wells said the U.S. perpetual-futures market presents a significant opportunity and that Ondo Finance has reason to consider entering it. Ondo Perps is an offshore, real-world-asset-based platform that supports leveraged trading on U.S. equities. Wells said the company has not confirmed plans to launch in the United States, and any U.S. service could differ structurally from products available elsewhere, The Block reported.
