A wallet linked to U.S. rapper Kanye West, also known as Ye, transferred approximately 1,445 ETH worth about $3.91 million to Binance on Sept. 29 after withdrawing roughly 1,439 ETH from Aave. Arkham Intelligence identified the address as "@Wanyewest69," while crypto analyst Ai Yi said it was the wallet's first deposit to an exchange since October 2025. The address retained crypto assets valued at about $26.7 million. Deposits to centralized exchanges can indicate an intention to sell or trade, although the transaction does not establish that any sale occurred. West has become more active in crypto, rejecting a $2 million offer to promote a fraudulent token in early 2025 before later launching the Solana-based YZY token tied to his Yeezy brand.
