CEA Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: BNC) will become BNB Standard Corporation on September 29, 2026, retaining its BNC ticker on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company selected the name through a five-day, non-binding BNB community poll on X that drew 5,799 advisory votes; BNB Standard won roughly 47% of the total, a plurality rather than a majority. Warrant codes BNCWW and BNCWZ, the CUSIP number and existing share certificates will remain unchanged, and the company has introduced a new logo and visual identity. BNC held 515,544 BNB worth about $302.3 million as of July 31, 2026, although its first-quarter fiscal 2027 net loss reached $11.4 million, largely due to a $15.3 million unrealized markdown. The rebrand follows the company’s 2025 pivot from controlled environment agriculture into a BNB-focused treasury strategy, funded by a roughly $500 million private placement. Governance issues remain unresolved: Alex Odagiu continues as Interim President, the CEO search remains under way following David Namdar’s July departure, and BNC must appoint a seventh independent director and resolve litigation involving 10X Capital.
