Strive CEO Matt Cole said the amplification ratio is the key driver of returns under the company’s Bitcoin treasury strategy, with an internal model attributing more than 99% of changes in total returns to the metric. He said capital costs have a far smaller effect than the market assumes. Strive aims to generate higher returns for common shareholders than holding Bitcoin directly and plans to raise its amplification ratio above 60% by year-end. Cole said reaching that target will require large-scale fundraising capacity, sufficient liquidity and sustained investor confidence. Higher Bitcoin prices could increase the capital required and make the target more difficult to achieve. Strive’s benchmark scenario assumes Bitcoin will deliver annualized compound growth of about 50% through 2030.
