Amaze Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: AMZE) has entered into a binding Letter of Intent to acquire BullionFX’s assets, including its core Alchemy platform, in a stock transaction valued at approximately $155 million. The proposed acquisition would move Amaze beyond creator commerce into gold-backed digital-asset infrastructure serving retail, institutional and blockchain markets. Alchemy is designed as a compliance-focused decentralized finance (DeFi, blockchain-based financial services) ecosystem for payments, lending, borrowing, yield products and cross-chain applications. Its $GOLD token is intended to be backed one-to-one by vaulted, independently custodied and audited physical gold. The platform also includes an Ethereum-based Layer 2 (scaling network built above Ethereum), proprietary yield engines, and planned self-custody retail wallet functionality. Following closing, Amaze intends to prioritize the wallet and yield engines and pursue a listed Stable Asset Treasury vehicle for gold and USD, subject to regulatory approvals. The LOI remains subject to due diligence, regulatory review, board approvals and other customary conditions, and would result in significant issuance of Amaze common stock to BullionFX. The announcement cited adjusted stablecoin transaction volume of $1.79 trillion in June 2026, up 125% from a year earlier, according to Visa Onchain Analytics (Allium).
