Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is investigating potential claims against Qfin Holdings, Inc. securities and cites a Nov. 30, 2026, deadline for investors to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a federal securities class action. The litigation names Yan Zheng, Qfin's Chief Risk Officer and current CEO, and alleges that Qfin and its executives misled investors about loan risk, asset quality and the effects of regulatory pressure in China. The claims cover Qfin securities, including Nasdaq-traded ADRs under QFIN, purchased or acquired between March 18 and Aug. 25, 2026. Qfin's ADRs fell $2.18, or 18.91%, to $9.35 on Aug. 26 after the company reported a 31.6% year-over-year revenue decline to RMB 3.57 billion, a 76.8% net-income drop, an unexpected RMB 500 million tax expense and a forecast for third-quarter non-GAAP net income to fall 67% to 73%. Earlier notices from Rosen Law Firm and Wolf Haldenstein listed Nov. 27 and Nov. 30, respectively, as lead-plaintiff deadlines, while Rosen said no class had been certified.
