Rosen Law Firm said it is continuing to investigate potential securities claims against Elauwit Connection, Inc. on behalf of shareholders who may have been affected by allegedly materially misleading business information. The investigation follows Elauwit’s February 27, 2026, Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in which the company said investors should no longer rely on interim financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Elauwit attributed the issue to an error in recognizing network construction project revenue during the first nine months of 2025 and said the restatement originated from work by a third-party national accounting firm, without intentional misconduct by the company, its management or employees. The stock fell $0.52, or 6.8%, to $7.12 on March 2, 2026. Rosen Law said it is preparing a class action seeking recovery of investor losses and that eligible investors may participate through a contingency-fee arrangement without paying out-of-pocket fees or costs.
