Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP announced that a class action lawsuit was filed against GoDaddy Inc. on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the company’s common stock from Sept. 3, 2025, through Feb. 24, 2026. The complaint alleges GoDaddy made misleading statements about customer growth, average order size and bookings while promoting shorter-term contracts with smaller valuations, including a discounted one-year dotcom offer. GoDaddy reported after the Feb. 24 market close that fourth-quarter 2025 total bookings growth had slowed to 5%. Its shares fell $13.18, or 14.28%, from $92.30 to $79.12 on Feb. 25. Kaplan Fox says investors may ask the court to appoint them as lead plaintiff by Oct. 20, while an earlier notice from Bleichmar Fonti & Auld cited Oct. 26.
