Pomerantz LLP is investigating claims on behalf of investors in The Cooper Companies, Inc., concerning whether Cooper and certain officers and/or directors engaged in securities fraud or other unlawful business practices. The inquiry follows Cooper’s September 9, 2026 announcement of third-quarter results, which included revenue of $717 million, essentially flat year over year, as U.S. channel inventory reductions weighed on CooperVision’s Americas results. Cooper said the inventory actions would continue to affect the fourth quarter and lowered its full-year revenue guidance by approximately 1.4%, or $59.5 million at the midpoint, to $4.24 billion. It also reduced EPS guidance by approximately 1.8%, or $0.09 at the midpoint, to a range of $4.51 to $4.55. Cooper shares fell $9.31, or 14.67%, to close at $54.17 on September 10, 2026. Investors were advised to contact Danielle Peyton at Pomerantz regarding the investigation and potential class action.
