Concentrix shares fell 10.6% in premarket trading to $22.25 after the customer-experience services provider reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $2.45 billion, down 0.5% on a constant-currency basis and slightly below the lower end of guidance. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share reached $2.92, while non-GAAP operating income was $309 million and adjusted EBITDA was $363 million. Both non-GAAP operating and adjusted EBITDA margins expanded 30 basis points year over year. A $1.05 billion noncash goodwill impairment charge contributed to a $910 million GAAP operating loss. Concentrix forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $2.41 billion to $2.46 billion, implying a 3% to 5% constant-currency decline, and fiscal 2026 revenue of $9.827 billion to $9.877 billion. Management cited reduced support from two hyperscale clients, accelerated AI automation deployments and a roughly three-percentage-point offshore mix headwind. More than half of revenue now comes from businesses generated in the past three years, while adjusted free cash flow reached $218 million and net leverage remains on track to reach about 2.6 times by fiscal year-end. The company raised its quarterly dividend to $0.37 per share and expects stronger growth momentum in the back half of 2027 or into 2028.
