Robinhood Markets presented new products and platform upgrades at HOOD Summit 2026, including KPI earnings contracts, live earnings-call trading, Robinhood Agents, crypto perpetual futures, social investing features, weekend stock and ETF trading, longer options hours and expanded margin capabilities. The announcements broaden Robinhood beyond traditional retail brokerage into automated research and execution, derivatives and community-driven investing. Eligible U.S. customers are scheduled to receive crypto perpetual futures in the coming months through Robinhood Derivatives and Bitstamp. Contracts on Bitcoin and Ethereum will offer leverage of up to 10x, while Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, Cardano, Chainlink and Hyperliquid contracts will be capped at 3x. Profit and loss will settle every 15 minutes, and trading will cost one basis point, or 0.01%, per trade through year-end. The stock traded at $112.82, down 2.93%, in the newer market update after the summit. In an earlier pre-market update, shares had risen 2.74% to $119.40 on Wednesday after the product announcements; they had closed Tuesday at $116.22, down 0.21%, on volume of 14.32 million shares. HOODon, the tokenized version of Robinhood shares, gained 1.6% over 24 hours to $119.63. The planned KPI Binary Options would let eligible customers with options approval trade on reported earnings per share, revenue and selected business metrics rather than a stock's market-price reaction. Cboe plans to list and clear the contracts through Cboe Clear U.S., subject to regulatory approval. Robinhood said more than 15,000 users have opened agentic trading accounts since the May launch, while earlier details put the figure at more than 150,000. The long-term financial impact of the initiatives will depend on customer adoption and usage.
