Fluence Energy faces a securities class action covering investors who purchased or otherwise acquired the company’s securities from Nov. 24, 2025, through Sept. 16, 2026. Hagens Berman, a plaintiffs’ rights law firm, is investigating claims that Fluence’s assurances about strong data-center demand, backlog coverage and its ability to ramp production were misleading. The firm says a series of unexpected earnings announcements collectively erased roughly $3 billion from Fluence’s market capitalization. The complaint focuses on the company’s Houston manufacturing facility and new contract facilities used to produce thermal management systems for its Gridstack Pro battery energy storage solutions. Fluence disclosed margin compression and higher losses on Feb. 4, 2026, weaker revenue, a $44.3 million net loss and $400 million of delivery delays on Aug. 5, and a further 20% reduction in 2026 revenue guidance on Sept. 16. Shares fell $21.33, or 73%, between Feb. 4 and Sept. 17, 2026. Investors with substantial losses have until Nov. 27, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff status, while people with relevant non-public information may contact the firm or consider the SEC Whistleblower program.
