Niutech Technology Group Co., Ltd. completed its group restructuring on August 26, 2026, expanding its registered activities to include resource-recycling technology research and development, machinery research and development, specialized equipment manufacturing and new-materials research and development. The Jinan-based company has nearly 40 years of experience in industrial continuous pyrolysis, converting more than 30 material streams, including waste tires and plastics, into recycled resources such as pyrolysis oil and non-condensable combustible gas. Its new-generation intelligent line for large industrial applications processes more than 100 tonnes per day per unit and is designed to improve capacity, efficiency, cost control and product quality. For waste tires, recovered carbon black has toluene transmittance above 80% and can return to tire manufacturing as a raw material. For waste plastics, including low-value municipal plastics, ocean plastics and used textiles, the system can crack materials without complex washing, sorting, drying or fine crushing, producing pyrolysis oil, solid fuel and non-condensable combustible gas. The oil can be processed into feedstock for new plastics. Niutech has supported 10,000-tonne-scale projects in dozens of countries, including Germany, the UK, South Korea, Denmark and Brazil. Its majority-owned Chinese subsidiary Hesheng Environmental Protection, launched in 2013, was the first in its sector to obtain ISCC certification and has operated for more than 10 years. A 100,000-tonne Phase II project in 2026 will lift Hesheng's annual production to 160,000 tonnes. A UK customer signed an RMB 198 million order after comparing Niutech's projects with those of international competitors. The company is also expanding its clean tire pyrolysis oil chain and developing blending pathways toward sustainable aviation fuel as European rules increase recycled-material requirements.
