Oil prices recovered after a previous-session decline as US President Donald Trump's reported refusal to ease sanctions on Iran maintained uncertainty over exports from one of OPEC's largest producers. A separate Wednesday market account placed crude near $90.50 a barrel and said it was up about 4.9% for the month, while earlier trading data showed the expiring November Brent contract at $103.30 and US West Texas Intermediate at $89.81. Tehran has submitted conditions on reopening the Strait of Hormuz and received a US proposal, Iranian government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani said. Middle East flows have improved, reaching 13.2 million barrels a day through Hormuz, and Saudi Arabia restarted Yanbu shipments after restoring the East-West Pipeline. Supply remains below pre-conflict levels, however, while OPEC+ is due to discuss November production quotas at a weekend meeting.
