AAVE rose 13% over 24 hours as Aave’s recent network developments and stronger on-chain participation supported its bullish momentum. Aave announced product expansion through Aave V4 on Base, allowing tokenized stocks such as Coinbase ($COIN) to serve as collateral for USDC loans. Whale activity, trading volume and exchange reserves also increased. Future Average Order Size data showed Aave whales placing more orders at current prices, adding to broader buying pressure. At the same time, derivatives activity entered overheated territory, raising the risk of short-term profit-taking. AAVE was trading above all key EMAs, or exponential moving averages, on the daily chart, while exchange reserves reached a new monthly high and could add selling pressure if holders transfer tokens to exchanges. The combination of network developments and whale participation could extend short-term momentum, although elevated reserves and trading activity may increase volatility.
