HSAD said on the 30th that its employees have created more than 500 artificial intelligence agents through an internal AI transformation program, with some developed into commercial services. The agency uses DASH, its internal AI agent platform, to let staff build and deploy tools tailored to their work. More than 48 agents with demonstrated usability and scalability were selected as common models for company-wide use. HSAD is also developing broadly applicable or specialized tools into standalone AI transformation services. Research Agent, an AI-powered conversational consumer survey solution, combines quantitative research with focus groups and in-depth interviews, reducing survey timelines from more than four weeks to about two weeks and lowering research and analysis costs by roughly 70%. Intentrix analyzes conversations between consumers and AI to identify interests and demand. HSAD has used it to collect data in 14 sectors, including home appliances, finance, beauty, and food and beverage, and applied the findings to advertising and marketing strategies, competitive pitches, and client projects. The company said its accumulated AI capabilities have helped it secure projects from more than 20 companies. HSAD CEO Park Ae-ri said human expertise remains the most important competitive advantage in the AI transformation era and that the company would continue turning internally verified capabilities into services and business opportunities addressing clients' marketing problems.
