Pinewood.AI reported underlying revenue of £23.2 million for H1 FY26, up 18.4% year over year, while underlying EBITDA rose 11.4% to £8.8 million, supported by new customers, upselling and a full six months of contribution from acquired automotive AI provider Seez AI. The Birmingham-based group reaffirmed its £21 million annual underlying EBITDA guidance and £62 million fiscal 2028 target, citing visibility from existing contracts. Recurring revenue remained about 85% of total revenue and net customer churn turned negative as existing-customer usage increased. Pinewood said the North American rollout remains on track, with two initial Lithia Motors U.S. dealerships expected to go live in Q4 2026 ahead of a broader rollout from the first half of 2027. Increased regional investment reduced cash generated from operations to £1.9 million from £8.5 million a year earlier. Shareholders approved Ridgeview Partners' recommended £4.48-per-share cash offer on September 25, 2026, with completion expected between October 9 and October 23.
