ISS and Glass Lewis, described as the world’s two leading proxy advisory firms, have both recommended that Gabia shareholders support proposals submitted by activist fund Align Partners. Their recommendations point in essentially the same direction ahead of Gabia’s extraordinary general meeting, which is scheduled for just over a week from now.
