OKX reported 139,865 BTC in customer account assets in its 47th proof-of-reserves report, based on a Sept. 8 snapshot, up 5,466 BTC, or 4.07%, from Aug. 11. The exchange listed 153,151 BTC in controlled wallet assets, resulting in a 109% Bitcoin reserve ratio, down from 111% in August. Ether holdings rose 3.49% to 1,785,866 ETH, while USDT balances increased 4.62% to about 8.493 billion tokens. OKX reported $27.4 billion in primary assets and said customer assets were backed at more than 1:1 overall. Its reporting covers 22 coins and uses zk-STARK proofs, Merkle-tree data and published wallet addresses so users can verify liability inclusion and reserve balances. Proof-of-reserves snapshots provide point-in-time evidence of disclosed on-chain assets against customer account balances but do not constitute a full audit of off-chain debts, encumbrances or corporate obligations.
