SWI Capital Holding Ltd. has appointed Ido Shavit as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective Sept. 30, 2026, while Jean-Pierre Verlaine will leave the Board and its Audit Committee. Shavit will serve until the next Annual General Meeting, when shareholders will vote on his re-election. Fernando Bolivar, an existing Board member, will join the Audit Committee, which will be chaired by Joseph Benhamou alongside Fang Ai Lian. The changes are intended to strengthen SWI’s governance framework and create a clearer separation between the Company and the Engelwood Group’s business relationships with the Group.
