Oracle shares rose approximately 4% Tuesday to about $138 after the company introduced Fusion Claw, a platform that validates and approves autonomous AI-agent actions, alongside Nexus Case Flow and Nexus Reach for financial-crime investigations. The rally ended a four-session slide, but shares were later trading at $136.90, down approximately 0.7% on Wednesday. Oracle provided no pricing, customer count or revenue forecast for the financial-crime products, leaving investors to assess whether they can reduce compliance work and generate repeatable growth. Fusion Claw initially supports 25 specialist-grade applications within Oracle’s broader portfolio of 75 agentic applications. Oracle and NetApp also announced managed storage integrated into Oracle’s cloud infrastructure. Oracle remains down 29% year to date and 56% below its October 2025 peak of $313, amid concerns over Project Jupiter, its New Mexico data-center development tied to the Stargate AI infrastructure initiative.
