Infosys and ABN AMRO Bank have extended their strategic collaboration to accelerate the Dutch bank’s AI-driven transformation. Infosys will provide application development, testing and support services aimed at simplifying and modernizing ABN AMRO’s IT landscape, improving operational efficiency and scalability, and supporting innovation. Using Infosys Topaz, an AI-first offering built around generative and agentic AI technologies, the companies plan to move beyond isolated AI projects toward broader enterprise adoption. The work is intended to help ABN AMRO embed AI across its technology estate, turn data into insight-driven innovation, streamline platforms, improve agility and strengthen digital-service delivery. Infosys said its global engineering teams and alternative delivery models will support efficiency gains and a scalable, secure and future-ready IT foundation. ABN AMRO, one of the largest banks in the Netherlands, said the renewed collaboration would support responsible AI adoption, improve customer value and reduce complexity and operating costs. Infosys EVP Jay Nair, who heads the company’s financial services and public sector business, said the agreement would combine domain expertise, a global delivery model and Infosys Topaz to re-architect core systems and operationalize AI with a focus on efficiency and long-term sustainability. Infosys said it has more than 325,000 employees, operates in 59 countries and has more than four decades of experience managing global enterprise systems. The release also includes forward-looking-statement disclosures covering risks including competition for talent, economic and geopolitical uncertainty, artificial intelligence, regulation, cybersecurity, litigation, a U.S. government investigation and tariffs.
