  • The system provides 1.4 million high-bay storage locations and operates more than 1,600 autonomous robots.
  • LPP Logistics used a phased rollout to preserve operational continuity during the transition.

Geekplus has expanded its partnership with LPP Logistics, the in-house logistics provider for multinational fashion company LPP Group, to scale warehouse automation across two fulfilment centres in Poland. The system combines more than 1,600 autonomous robots, 1.4 million automatic high-bay storage locations and storage reaching around 12 metres high. Geekplus says the deployment delivered 99% measured efficiency gains while reducing repetitive manual handling and walking distances rather than replacing employees. The platform uses a Robot Management System to coordinate fleets of more than 1,000 robots within one site and can expand through additional robots, workstations and throughput. The companies said a phased rollout maintained operational continuity and was designed to support seasonal demand, changing fashion assortments and future growth.
