Servier is standardizing customer reference data across more than 80 countries through Veeva OpenData, building on its global use of Veeva Link Key People. The Foundation-governed French pharmaceutical company is combining OpenData, Veeva Link connectivity and a unified semantic layer to give affiliates consistent insights on healthcare professionals and support faster decisions across commercial and medical teams. Veeva said 89% of industry AI initiatives are not deployed at scale because of data challenges. OpenData is part of Veeva Data Cloud, alongside Veeva Link and Veeva Compass.
