Servier is standardizing customer reference data across more than 80 countries through Veeva OpenData, building on its use of Veeva Link Key People. The French pharmaceutical company governed by a Foundation is combining OpenData with Link connectivity and a unified semantic layer (shared data meaning) to give affiliates consistent insights on healthcare professionals (HCPs) and support faster commercial and medical decisions. Veeva said 89% of AI initiatives fail to scale because of data challenges. OpenData is part of Veeva Data Cloud, alongside Veeva Link and Veeva Compass.
