Nvidia signed the White House’s voluntary AI accord on Sept. 29, while ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott joined Amazon, Palantir and xAI in signing the White House Accord on Super Intelligence at a Sept. 29 summit hosted by President Donald Trump. Nvidia shares were reported up approximately 0.3% in Wednesday’s Sept. 30 premarket session, versus an earlier report of a 0.7% gain, while ServiceNow shares rose 3.61% to $134.63 at publication, according to Benzinga Pro. The Nvidia agreement calls for internal safeguards, independent audits and board oversight, and could create potential demand for accelerated-computing hardware used to test, monitor and evaluate AI systems, although it does not guarantee additional revenue. ServiceNow benefited from a broader software rebound after the FTC investigated frontier AI developers including OpenAI and Anthropic over agentic AI safety and consumer protection, potentially easing concerns about autonomous agents displacing enterprise Software-as-a-Service platforms. ServiceNow also received analyst support, expanded its AI partnerships and retained management’s target of generating 30% of annual contract value from AI solutions by 2030. Nvidia’s GF Score was 96 out of 100, with valuation its weakest category, while its latest quarterly results exceeded expectations and its board authorized an additional $150 billion share repurchase.
