Fluence Energy faces a securities class action covering investors who purchased or otherwise acquired its securities from Nov. 24, 2025, through Sept. 16, 2026. Hagens Berman said a series of unexpected earnings announcements conflicted with Fluence's assurances that it was positioned to benefit from rising data-center demand, wiping out roughly $3 billion in market capitalization. The complaint focuses on Fluence's backlog, its fully automated Houston facility and the company's ability to deliver projects and recognize revenue. Fluence disclosed margin pressure, rising losses, delayed project deliveries and manufacturing problems in announcements on Feb. 4, Aug. 5 and Sept. 16, 2026. Shares fell $21.33, or 73%, between the first disclosure and Sept. 17. The lead plaintiff deadline is Nov. 27, 2026. Hagens Berman is also seeking potential whistleblowers, who under the SEC (U.S. securities regulator) Whistleblower program may receive up to 30% of a successful recovery for original information.
