Pharos Network (PROS), a financial-focused layer 1 blockchain, has launched its Agent Native upgrade to support AI-powered interactions and agent infrastructure across its RealFi ecosystem. The initial rollout includes sponsored transactions on Testnet, the natural-language Pharos Port Agent Widget, the Pharos AI portal and a collaboration with AnvitaMate. The widget lets users query real-world asset positions, vault maturity, yield and redemption windows. The developer portal combines Pharos Chain MCP, Developer Docs MCP and SkillEngine, while the broader initiative is designed to let agents hold assets, use tools and pay for their own onchain activity. Pharos plans to introduce proof-of-stake staking and Testnet gas sponsorship in the fourth quarter of 2026, roll out Agent Accounts and other infrastructure in 2027, and target an integrated Agent-Native stack by 2028. Founded by former Ant Group executives, Pharos focuses on tokenized real-world assets, institutional markets, payments and AI-agent activity. The company has disclosed $52 million in funding, including an $8 million seed round led by Lightspeed Faction and Hack VC in 2024 and a $44 million Series A in 2026.
