CoreWeave expands NVIDIA AI cloud with Vera systems and partner network

  • CoreWeave added NVIDIA Vera systems and launched a validated software partner network.
  • Cognition is the first customer running production workloads on Vera Rubin NVL72.
  • CoreWeave’s partner network includes CrowdStrike, VAST Data, Reflection and ClickHouse.

CoreWeave shares rose about 1% Wednesday after the AI cloud provider expanded its NVIDIA hardware portfolio and launched a network of validated software partners at its Fully Connected AI conference in San Francisco. The company is bringing NVIDIA Vera CPUs to its cloud for AI agent workloads and offering Vera Rubin NVL72 systems for production use, with Cognition as the first customer running workloads on the platform. CoreWeave said Rubin systems are already operating on its cloud service and can be accessed under its existing operating model for NVIDIA systems. The company is also expanding Vera CPU availability as it prepares for additional AI agent workloads. Its new partner network, available now, includes production-tested integrations with CrowdStrike, VAST Data, Reflection and ClickHouse. CoreWeave also previously introduced Forge, a platform combining AI training, inference, reinforcement learning, monitoring and deployment across its bare-metal NVIDIA clusters. Forge includes Notebooks, Agent Lens, Sandboxes and the ARIA coding agent, and integrates with Weights & Biases and OpenPipe. CoreWeave says some Forge workloads achieve up to 96% goodput and certain training jobs run 1.8 times faster than on fragmented tool setups. MasterClass and Canva were identified as early Forge adopters. Truist Securities maintained its Buy rating and $165 target, forecasting a moderate effect on 2027 exit annual recurring revenue and larger benefits in 2028 as contracts renew. Shares trade near $87, are up more than 21% this year and remain about 53% below their record closing level from June of last year. CoreWeave reported 115% year-over-year revenue growth over the trailing 12 months but continues to consume substantial cash while expanding capacity. NVIDIA is CoreWeave’s second-largest equity holder after a $2 billion strategic investment in January.
