Powerus completed its merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings on October 1, 2026, bringing the autonomous-systems operator into the public markets as Powerus Corporation. Powerus merged with a newly formed Aureus subsidiary and remained the surviving entity, while Aureus adopted the Powerus Corporation name. Shares continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under PUSA, a ticker adopted before the transaction closed. CEO Andrew Fox said the company’s operational focus remains unchanged as it seeks to build at the scale customers require. Powerus develops heavy-lift, autonomous air and maritime, mission-system and counter-UAS capabilities for high-risk environments, supported by U.S.-based manufacturing, training and support. Its announced opportunities include a U.S. Air Force IDIQ contract for the Guardian-2 interceptor with a ceiling of up to $90 million through mid-2028, though individual government orders remain discretionary; an approximately $2.5 million order for 1,500 U.S.-manufactured FPV aircraft; agriculture distribution initiatives; and overseas manufacturing partnerships. The company also has a $30 million strategic equity investment from Unusual Machines and has ordered more than $5 million of components from that supplier. The merger shifts attention to whether Powerus can convert its announced pipeline into repeat orders, efficient production growth, revenue and sustained financial performance.
