Century Communities has opened Lakewood Heights, a new single-family home community in Marysville, Washington, with prices starting in the high $600s. The development offers six floor plans ranging from 2,164 to 3,392 square feet, with four to six bedrooms, 2.25 to 3.75 bathrooms and attached two-car garages. Select designs include finished basements, main-floor bedrooms and covered patios. The community is planned to include more than seven acres of open space and approximately 1.5 acres of active recreation, including parks, green spaces, a grass volleyball court, a multipurpose sports court and horseshoe pits. Lakewood Heights is about two miles from I-5, eight miles from downtown Marysville, 15 miles from downtown Everett and 20 miles from the Boeing Everett/Paine Field area. Its Grand Opening took place on September 26, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., featuring tours of the furnished Noah model home. Century Communities said buyers unable to attend can schedule private tours, while walk-ins are also welcome. The homes include open-concept living areas, gourmet kitchens, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl-plank flooring, deluxe primary baths, flexible loft and bonus-room designs, and the Century Home Connect® smart home package. The company also offers online homebuying for available Washington homes, including electronic deposits and DocuSign® contracts.
