Fluence Energy faces a securities class action covering investors who acquired its securities from Nov. 24, 2025, through Sept. 16, 2026, while Hagens Berman investigates whether the company misrepresented its ability to benefit from rising data-center demand and fulfill its backlog. The allegations focus on Fluence’s fully automated Houston facility, which was intended to produce thermal management systems for Gridstack Pro battery storage products, and on new international and U.S. contract facilities that the complaint describes as incomplete or non-operational. Fluence disclosed project-cost pressures and higher losses on Feb. 4, 2026; weaker revenue, sharply lower margins, a $44.3 million quarterly loss and $400 million of delayed deliveries on Aug. 5; and a further 20% cut to 2026 revenue guidance on Sept. 16. The company attributed the later delays to production problems, construction delays and manual welding at Houston. Shares fell $21.33, or 73%, between Feb. 4 and Sept. 17, while the company lost roughly $3 billion in market value. The lead-plaintiff deadline is Nov. 27, 2026.
