LayerZero’s regulated stablecoin push has gained an institutional integration through Anchorage Digital, which reportedly selected the network as an interoperability collaborator for Tether’s USAT stablecoin. USAT uses LayerZero’s Omnichain Fungible Token standard, allowing the asset to operate natively across supported blockchains instead of relying on wrapped versions. The integration broadens LayerZero’s role across assets denominated in dollars and Korean won.
