WISeKey International Holding Ltd reported unaudited first-half 2026 revenue of approximately $11.4 million, up about 116% from $5.3 million a year earlier, as gross profit rose 192% to $5.5 million and gross margin expanded to about 48% from 35%. The company posted an operating loss of $40.9 million and a net loss of $36.4 million, compared with losses of $27.3 million and $22.3 million, respectively, in the first half of 2025. WISeKey held approximately $495 million in cash and restricted cash at June 30, 2026, with minimal debt, and reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue-growth guidance of 50% to 100% year over year. Its subsidiary SEALSQ Corp reported a commercial pipeline exceeding $225 million through 2029, including more than $100 million in post-quantum projects, although management said the figures are estimates rather than contracted revenue. Shareholders approved the redomiciliation of the holding company to the British Virgin Islands. Subject to remaining closing conditions and applicable procedures, the new parent, WISeQey Corp., is expected to begin direct trading under the ticker WQEY on the Nasdaq Global Market and the SIX Swiss Exchange around October 5, with the redomiciliation expected to take effect October 1. WISeKey also advanced proposed transactions involving WISeSat and Quantisimo, continued development of its Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud, and signed an agreement with the Republic and Canton of Jura for a post-quantum semiconductor and cybersecurity center. SEALSQ expects first revenue from post-quantum products in the fourth quarter of 2026, with larger contributions anticipated in 2027.
