Bold Penguin and bolttech announced a global strategic partnership to develop a joint commercial and personal lines insurance offering for agents, insurers and embedded partnerships across the U.S., Europe and Asia. The companies aim to combine Bold Penguin’s commercial insurance exchange, data and AI services, and carrier network with bolttech’s personal lines expertise, insurance ecosystem, AI-enabled workflows and global distribution capabilities. bolttech operates in 39 countries and four continents, while the partnership will also give Bold Penguin’s U.S. customers access to bolt’s personal lines solutions through a single interface.
