Mirae Asset Securities has renamed its M-STOCK mobile trading system MAPS and launched the integrated investment platform in South Korea, its second market after Hong Kong in June. The brokerage plans to expand MAPS to the U.S. and other markets, combining traditional and digital assets under its Mirae Asset 3.0 strategy. The platform adds portfolio-management tools, AI-driven market updates, U.S. unlisted-share data and a Digital Assets menu, while the company plans to develop agentic wealth management in which an AI agent and professional adviser work together under client control. Mirae Asset also sees potential future synergies with DigitalX, the cryptocurrency exchange formerly known as Korbit, which it recently acquired.
