Hanwha Group moved up its annual executive reshuffle by more than a month, appointing 10 executives at Hanwha Corp., 16 at Hanwha Aerospace, five at Hanwha Systems, and 10 at Hanwha Solutions and Hanwha Advanced Materials. The group emphasized performance, expertise and younger leadership, with six of the 10 appointees at Hanwha Solutions and Hanwha Advanced Materials born in the 1980s. The appointments also support Hanwha's global expansion, localization, AI transformation (AX) initiatives and manufacturing competitiveness. The group completed appointments through working-level executive ranks within two months after senior leadership changes in August, a move that could encourage other conglomerates to accelerate their schedules.
