DeFi Technologies reported that Valour's assets under management (AUM) reached $640.2 million as of September 25, 2026, up $243 million, or approximately 61.2%, from $397.2 million on June 30. AUM was about 64% above its cycle low of around $390 million, while Valour continued to record month-over-month net inflows. The company said its revenue model combines management fees, staking (locking digital assets to earn rewards), lending income where permitted, and trading activity associated with its products. Its 10 largest digital assets represented approximately 89.8% of reported AUM. DeFi Technologies also launched Valour Funds SPC and Smart Crypto Fund SP, its first hedge fund for professional and qualified investors, and continues work on additional fund structures, Valour Custody and a proposed UCITS platform. As of June 30, the company held approximately $135 million across cash, stablecoins, STRC/RWUSD, treasury investments and venture holdings, with no debt. Nasdaq granted a further 180-calendar-day compliance period through March 1, 2027, but the company has not yet regained compliance with the minimum bid-price requirement.
