PowerBank Corporation received an additional 180-day period from Nasdaq, through March 28, 2027, to regain compliance with the exchange’s US$1 minimum bid-price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The company’s shares remain listed and trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol PBK after Nasdaq approved their transfer from the Nasdaq Global Market. PowerBank also said certain directors, officers and consultants will establish an automatic securities disposition plan effective Oct. 2, 2026, covering shares including those issued through equity compensation or fee settlements. The plan imposes trading parameters, daily volume limits and restrictions on participant discretion, with sales handled by an independent broker. PowerBank is a North American renewable-energy developer focused on distributed and community solar and battery-storage projects, with a potential pipeline of almost one gigawatt and more than 100 megawatts of developed projects.
