Hewlett Packard Enterprise raised its fiscal 2027 Networking revenue-growth outlook to the high-teens to low-20% range from 14% to 17% after announcing Vultr’s first $1.2 billion order for AMD Helios AI rack systems, which includes HPE Networking scale-up switching and software. HPE expects fiscal 2026 Networks for AI orders to exceed $3 billion, above its previous $2.5 billion to $3 billion estimate, while networking operating margins are projected in the mid-to-high 20% range for fiscal 2027. Supply availability continues to limit the conversion of AI infrastructure demand into shipments, revenue and cash flow. Shares rose 1% to a record on Thursday after a historic close the previous day, extending a 2026 rally reported at 166% in the latest account, compared with 168.23% in an earlier account. Citigroup raised its price target to $92 and maintained its Buy rating. SEC filings also showed CEO Antonio Neri and board member Gary Reiner sold shares through pre-established trading plans. HPE’s latest quarterly results exceeded estimates, with earnings per share of $1.11 and revenue of $12.21 billion, while the company reaffirmed full-year EPS guidance of $3.75 to $3.85 and its $0.1425 quarterly dividend.
