World Liberty Financial, the cryptocurrency project tied to U.S. President Donald Trump’s family, said it will launch a WLFI staking rewards pool funded with $1.25 million in USD1. The project said the USD1 deposit is scheduled between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. Korea time on Oct. 2, or 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, with rewards distributed over 180 days. Participants must stake unlocked WLFI for at least 180 days and cast a governance vote at least once every 90 days to qualify. Rewards carry no fixed annual percentage rate and vary with the pool size, total WLFI staked and participants’ voting compliance.
